The 10th taco still works

The classic "buy 9, get the 10th free" isn't lazy — it's clear. Your line cook doesn't need training. Your customer doesn't need to read fine print.

Digital doesn't change the reward. It changes what happens to lost cards and fake stamps.

Speed matters at the register

During lunch rush, loyalty has to be faster than explaining the program.

  1. Customer scans QR while waiting in line (or at the counter)
  2. Staff punches in one tap when they pay
  3. Done

If it takes longer than stamping paper, staff will skip it. Pick a system built for one tap.

Talk about it once, loudly

You don't need a sermon. Two moments:
